Yesterday, Mike and I drove to Goldilocks at Broadway for a mango cake/roll and cold taho (Philippine food made of fresh soft tofu, brown sugar, vanilla syrup, and pearl sago) . . . Goldilocks is a very well known bakeshop in the Philippines and I am very lucky to found one in Vancouver Canada (;

We are all set for a quick summer getaway to our friend's cabin (if my schedule permits) . . . I am still thrilled seeing those ATVs in our backyard. It was a total surprise when I opened our back door yesterday; this is my first time to ride or take an unplanned pose with one of those (:

Can't wait to harvest a few plums this fall . . . we can't remember how we got this plum tree in our backyard . . . brain freeze or brain dead (;

I took a quick pose with the orange roses in our backyard. These are soon to be picked for our dining table. I am wondering why these orange roses are more fragrant than those pink ones we have.

Spring lily smells peace. It is the best flower for Easter—the resurrection of Jesus Christ—the prince of peace. In one of Michael Jackson's song, peace is a huge thing, he is not perfect, but his message is perfectly clear—peace is something that almost all people are struggling to achieve. I am one of those, especially in exams. HA-HA.

It's raining, but I am still glad because I don't have to water the plants, ha-ha. I went to see our roses and it delighted me. They smell love and joy. I picked some of it in orange and pink. I also took a few pictures to remember. These are a few of the things that I call delightful treasures.
